Regional Operation Support Specialist

·        As a Sales Operation Support Specialist, your expertise will be utilized to collaborate with Customer Service and Logistics teams in the MEA region.

·        Your main objective will be to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of customer requirements, while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

·        In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities necessary to meet monthly revenue targets in collaboration with customer service, ABCS partners, and factories.

·        You will work closely with our factories and OEM suppliers to ensure smooth and timely order expediting and deliveries.

·        Additionally, you will facilitate effective communication between the Sales organization, Operations, Customers, and factories.

·        Attention to detail is crucial in this role, without losing sight of the bigger picture and corporate requirements.

·        You are also expected to possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to manage a diverse and multicultural team.

Job Requirements:

·        5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Support and Order Management Operations within MEA region.

·        Strong business acumen to communicate, collaborate, support post sales management.

·        Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels and environments.

·        Self-starter, tireless and results driven mentality, able to continually critique and optimize performance.

·        Fluent English language skills.

·        Bachelor Degree

·        Experience of working in Power BI.
