Skill:

Project Planning and Execution:

·        Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

·        Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.

·        Coordinate and lead project team meetings to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.

·        Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

·        Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed.

Budget and Quality Management:

·        Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and within the approved budget.

·        Track project expenditures and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.

·        Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and best practices.

·        Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.

Stakeholder Communication and Team Leadership:

·        Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

·        Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management and other stakeholders.

·        Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

·      Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional growth.

Job Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree

·        PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.

·        8-7 years of experience in the same field.

·        Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
