Job Functions:


Skill:

Report Management & Development

·        Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive suite of reports and presentations covering project status, technical reviews, integration efforts, and change management initiatives.

·        Collaborate with project managers, technical experts, and other stakeholders to gather relevant data and information for reporting purposes.

·        Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and relevance of reports, adhering to established standards and guidelines.

Stakeholder Communication

·        Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding reporting requirements, ensuring clear understanding of expectations and timelines.

·        Communicate effectively with senior management, providing insights and analysis derived from the reports to facilitate informed decision-making.

·        Address stakeholder inquiries and requests for additional information in a timely and professional manner.

Strategy Alignment:

·        Work closely with senior leadership to align reporting efforts with strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) of the organization.

·        Develop dashboards and metrics to track progress towards strategic goals and objectives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

·        Manage Strategic Initiatives, change management initiatives and drive strategy development exercises.

Process Improvements and Automation

·        Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance efficiency through automation and optimization of tools and systems.

·        Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to implement technological solutions that improve data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.

·        Continuously monitor and evaluate reporting practices, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.

Quality Assurance:

·        Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of reports and presentations.

·        Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify discrepancies, errors, or areas for improvement, taking corrective actions as necessary.

·        Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices for report development and quality assurance.

Project Management Support:

·        Provide support to project managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets as needed.

·        Assist in tracking and monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues, and proposing mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements:

 

·        8-10 years for which at least 2 years are in a supervisory role.

·        A Bachelor degree

·        PMP certification preferable.
