Senior Finance Director, MEA & RCIS MedTech

Skill:

Financial Planning & Review

·        Lead the financial planning of the business plan, updates and latest thinking. This includes detailed analysis and scenario thinking, alignment of all parties within MEA and EMEA and a coordination of the preparation, consolidation and review of the detailed financial plans

·        Lead the periodic financial performance reviews & budget variance analysis providing an overview of performance to the MEA Leadership Team as well as EMEA including drivers of variance and insights into future impacts

·        Actively contribute to commercial decision-making process, including target setting and resource allocation/trade-offs

Business Partnering

·        Strong business partnership with all members of the MEA Leadership Team, Departmental heads and EMEA counterparts

·        Constructive challenging and looking for value creating growth opportunities

·        Management of business plan commitments (e.g. Sales, FTE, OPEX, DSO, CAPEX)

·        External focus and ability to establish connections with outside stakeholders

·        As a board member, sponsor projects/processes outside the scope of Finance

·        Participate and lead EMEA and x-sector initiatives

·        Ensure active participation of the Finance Partners in BU Management Meetings, Brand Plans, Board Reviews & Strategic Plans

Compliance

·        Ensure compliance with the J&J WW financial, HCBI, transparency and Business Conduct procedures and drive accountability throughout the organization

·        Ensure compliance with local regulations

People management

·        Attract, develops and retains top talent

·        Ensure collaboration between all finance groups and be the single point of contact for MEA Leadership Team

·        Be an inspirational leader, that inspires people to reach their potential and have an external and customer lens, and ensures Credo Values are demonstrated in the day to day interactions of his or her team

·        Demonstrate curiosity, ability to develop a perspective on business, influence outcomes and an agile learning attitude (test, learn and adapt)

·        Coach and mentor key talents in EMEA Finance, MEA and x-sector Finance

Job Requirements:

·        University degree

·        At least 10 years of relevant business experience, pharmaceutical industry know how is a plus

·        Emerging Markets experience preferred

·        Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading teams, also in collaborating with senior management, business and functional leaders

·        Proven financial and analytical skills, result and performance driven

·        Strong interpersonal skills, team player mentality and collaborative working style

·        Excellent communication, influencing and framing skills

·        Exemplary leadership skills in creating high performing teams and developing people to their highest potential

·        Ability to complexity and ambiguity in periods of change

·        Patient orientation / market place knowledge / business acumen

·        Committed to quality, service and compliance

·        Excellent English language skills
