Group Chief Executive Officer - FMCG

Strategy Formulation, Implementation, Execution, and Planning

·       Drive and develop investment strategy and business plans in collaboration with the BoD to ensure alignment with the overall strategy and objectives of the business.

·       Lead the development of Group’s and its subsidiaries’ overall vision, mission, and long-, medium, and short-term strategies in collaboration with the executive team ensuring that group meets its vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

·       Oversee the communication and implementation of the business plans and strategies to ensure that it is effectively translated into operational business plans for all divisions, to achieve Group’s vision and mission.

·       Drive and oversee the effective execution of all Group’s strategic objectives and business plans into annual and operational plans across all functions and subsidiaries to ensure that Group’s vision, mission, and long- and short-term strategies are met and cascaded to all departments and functions within the business.

Leadership

·       Oversee that Group’s strategic objectives align with the set vision proposed by the BoD by providing strategic direction to its subsidiaries to ensure operational excellence and value and sustainability.

·       Set objectives of the business in line with Group’s strategic goals and vision, while monitoring their progress to ensure that the business’s strategic goals are met, and retail investment growth is sustained in the UAE, and surrounding regions.

·       Drive and oversee the accurate translation of Group’s overarching strategy into effective business plans to achieve Group’s strategic objectives.

·       Drive the formulation and promotion of a best-in-class brand to ensure that group continues to create sustainable agricultural growth that attracts and retains top investors across the region.

·       Provide direction and guidance to the leadership team to ensure that all the plans and strategies are delivered effectively and across the business aligned to Group’s strategic objectives, policies, and procedures ensuring to ensure business excellence and success.

·       Promote and drive a strong employer brand and human capital system to attract, retain and motivate top talent and agricultural investment opportunities across the region. Strategic goals are met, and retail investment growth is sustained in the UAE, and surrounding regions.

Culture and Innovation and Communication

·       Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement within GROUP and its subsidiaries by supporting culture and innovation strategies and activities to drive an excellence and performance-driven workforce across the organization.

·       Contribute and support the identification of innovative opportunities for continuous improvement of Group’s and its subsidiaries’ systems, processes, and practices while considering international best practices.

·       Guide and support GROUP through clear and concise communication across all functions and subsidiaries to ensure effective management and the achievement of strategic objectives on all levels throughout the business.

·       Translate the overall strategy into effective communication channels internally and externally. Direct business communication strategies across all functions as well as stakeholders to drive business operations success.

Digital Transformation, Information Technology, and Sustainability

·       Direct and oversee Group’s and its subsidiaries’ transformation strategies and initiatives directed at enhancing driving business success and efficiency of operational tasks to optimize business approaches to meet client needs and investment goals.

·       Drive the development of digital security of intellectual property portfolio (SOPs, procedures, formulations) to ensure the protection of digital information assets accomplished on the development of products.

·       Drive the development and effective execution of IT strategies, processes, and methods across Group function, aligned to best practices identified in the market, to enhance business operations.

·       Advise on implementing best practices across group and its subsidiaries ensuring that they align with the organization’s mission and vision to promote sustainable agricultural growth and investments.

·       Review the impact of the digital transformation on group and its functioning to adjust the current digital transformation plans and planned future changes within the business.

·       Remain abreast of relevant agricultural trends and developments to ensure that group remains a developer of choice within the UAE and surrounding regions.

Budgeting and Financial Performance

·       Oversee the formulation, preparation, and consolidation of Group’s annual budget and financial performance through budget approvals aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives.

·       Continuously monitor Group’s overall financial performance to ensure that the organization adheres to the set budget requirements to eliminate poor financial performance and identify opportunities for potential improvement in the future.

·       Communicate Group’s financial standing and budget deviations to the BoD to receive feedback and advice and to adhere to the financial objectives set.

·       Participate in internal and external financial auditing processes to ensure maintaining GROUP financial structure.

Risk Management

·       Approve and drive the development and implementation of standardized risk frameworks and policies for Group’s current and future investments to minimize the potential risk and make opportune investments that hold long-term stakeholder value.

·       Oversee the implementation of Group’s standardized risk management frameworks and strategies to address Group’s strategic, financial, operational, and regulatory risks to ensure effective and timely risk management across the business.

·       Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures

·       Provide strategic direction for the development and implementation of functional policies, procedures, and controls across all group functions to ensure that they align with regulatory and business requirements, leading to investment and business optimization.

·       Oversee that all policies, processes, and systems are in place to support and growth of Group’s multiple ventures to ensure sustainable growth within the organization.

·       Lead the development of Group’s overall vision, mission, and long-, medium and short-term strategies in collaboration with the executive team ensuring that group meets its vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

·       Oversee the communication and implementation of the business plans and strategies to ensure that it is effectively translated into operational business plans for all divisions, to achieve Group’s vision and mission.

·       Drive and oversee the effective execution of all Group’s strategic objectives and business plans into annual and operational plans to ensure that Group’s vision, mission, and long- and short-term strategies are met and cascaded to all departments and functions within the business.

Job Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree

·       Minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience in a senior management role, including a proven record of a minimum of 5 years in a Senior Managerial or Executive Management role.

·       Knowledge and Skills
