Job Functions:

Skill:

·       Develop and implement the company's business plan and strategy for Jeddah, in alignment with the overall company objectives

·       Manage and oversee all operations, including project execution, financial performance, and resource management

·       Identify potential business opportunities, analyze market conditions, and develop strong client relationships to drive business growth

·       Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and career development opportunities

·       Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies and procedures

·       Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes for the Jeddah operations

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget

·       Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks

·       Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and industry forums, promoting its services and expertise

Job Requirements:

·       At least 15 years of experience in relevant positions

·       Proven experience as a CEO, General Manager, or similar leadership role

·       Strong knowledge of the market in Jeddah and Saudi Arabia, including local regulations and business practices

·       Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving financial targets

·       Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

·       Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and government authorities

·       Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

·       Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality projects

·       Fluency in English and Arabic are required

·       Must be a Saudi national
