Job Responsibilities:
· Strong focus on Customer/Consumer insights via research, market, data, answering business questions with insights to craft holistic Brand Strategy
· Build the Brand Strategy for the region staying true to the Host Brand Global DNA with brand plans by market
· Working closely & building critical relationship with the Host Brands as partners to land the brand objectives, innovations in market. Be the influence & voice of the brand to the Host Brand to drive right impact.
· Build capabilities within the brand division team as well as the whole marketing organization.
· A Critical analytical Eye on the business to spot possibilities of growth and reach out to make them happen.
· Be the Interface and Single Point of contact from the Central Digital & Marketing Division to action the strategy.
· Guide the Customer & Market Knowledge team to drive the business questions, Research designs and approach.
· Develop Integrated Business Plans recommendations and strategies in partnership with the Divisions and brand leaders.
· Be the partner with the Operations team to land the brand plans in market, partner with store openings & major activations to build the brand.
· Partner with the Customer & Market Knowledge, Data, Ecom, Delivery, CRM, Loyalty to bring external & internal view to build holistic business planning to answer questions and hypothesis on how to drive the business via strong understanding and receptivity channel segmentation, ROI Bottoms up exercise.
· Per Quarter bring the impact/ results of the customer full funnel marketing for review with the Business Division head with opportunities & corrective actions as needed.
· Drive with the Marcom team and other Divisions within the Digital division (Ecom, Delivery, CRM, CS, Data Sciences) to bring brand plans to life in a customer centric OMNI-channel approach & measure their impact in a database approach.
· Work with the Marcom Teams to deliver integrated customer led Omni-channel mix; they represent the brand voice along with the brand Operations team.
· Develop customer & country-based Marketing Mix Recommendation activities & plans with the Marcom team to get the maximum out of the marketing budget.
· Report & analyze marketing activities regularly and report across division, HB & Digital division learning’s/ Results and KPIs with clear improvement plans.

· Working knowledge of BI tools (Power BI), Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Workflow systems (Asana), Google Analytics, Social media platforms, Email solution providers
· Understanding of the different marketing communication channels (Offline media, Below the line, Digital media, performance marketing, Influencer marketing, CRM)
· A good understanding of key digital performance metrics (impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion, etc.)
· Agency experience would be a plus
· Bachelor Degree
· 6-8 years of experience
