Finance Controller/ Finance Director

Job Functions:


Skill:

·       Work closely with ET&S regional and global leaders to drive strategy and optimize profitability

·       Collaborate with global members of the ET&S Business Finance team to develop market insights and strategies to enhance competitiveness both in the Middle East region and around the world

·       Develop and retain finance and accounting talent in the Middle East region and support the application of Principle Based Management TM.

·       Collaborate with other sites within the Asia region to drive consistency in both accounting and management reporting practices

·       Lead and supervise regional finance and accounting operations, working closely with the Middle East Accounting Manager to prepare internal financial reports (Statutory, internal and group reporting), and coordinate audits for ICV (Abu Dhabi), IKTVA (Saudi) or any other special requirements.

·       Lead and support all necessary Tax and Audit requirements from tax consultants and statutory auditor for Middle East (ME) entities, in coordination with the KES team.

·       Support the KES compliance team for Middle East activities when reviewing and qualifying the company’s business partners.

·       Support new and emerging local statutory requirements in tax laws in UAE, KSA: e.g. E- Invoicing, new regulations, in coordination with Company’s tax team or with Tax consultants.

·       Drive KES & ET&S Finance transformation by participating in and leading initiatives linked to the company’s strategy, including ERP implementation.

Job Requirements:

·       Strong leadership skills, experience in financial analysis, business development, business decision support, or related roles.

·       Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365; that includes Advanced Excel skills (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, graphs, data manipulation/analysis and formula creation).

·       Economic thinking skills. Ability to drive application of economic tools/mental models (e.g., marginal analysis, opportunity cost, risk optimization, capital consumed framework etc.).

·       Financial analysis skills in a global/ multinational manufacturing organization.

·       Exposure to different ERP systems and the implementation of new accounting systems and processes in a manufacturing environment.

·       Experience in driving organizational transformation and leveraging a global capability model.

·       Experience with data analysis/visualization tools beyond Microsoft Excel (i.e. Power BI).

·       Exposure to GCC (specifically UAE) laws, regulation, and taxes regulations.
