· Lead the development and execution of IT strategies that align with the organization's strategic goals including business plans with financial details (Capex and Operating budgets).
· Lead development of IT Contracts and projects execution to ensues successfully delivery within approved budget and timelines.
· Lead development of IT Key Performance indicators and monitor and report progress to CIO and Business.
· Establish and maintain robust IT governance frameworks to ensure compliance, risk management, and effective decision-making.
· Drive the development and maintenance of enterprise architecture to support business objectives and technology initiatives.
· Lead development of and maintain portfolio and project management methodologies aligned with strategic objectives.
· Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope by monitoring timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
· Focus on prioritizing resource allocation across the portfolio to maximize return on investment.
· Ensure that all delivered initiatives meet their targeted business outcomes and create lasting value for the organization.
· Establish decision-making practices that prioritize demand, allocate resources, and assess capacity.
· Create and monitor leadership dashboards for real-time visibility into project progress, costs, and risks.
· Assess the health of the IT department by regularly reporting key performance indicators and operational metrics.
· Spearhead the Consolidated IT Business Planning annual cycle, collaborating closely with enterprise partners and fellow IT leaders.
· Set the strategic direction for information and technology within the enterprise.
Job Requirements:
· A minimum of 12 years of experience delivering IT initiatives across diverse domains (e.g., infrastructure, data, systems).
· Proven leadership in building a functional IT PMO (Project Management Office).
· Expertise in IT strategy development, governance frameworks, and enterprise architecture.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budget management, and resource allocation at an executive level.
· A track record of effectively driving business, cultural, and technological change in dynamic, complex environments.
· Strong business partnership abilities and experience collaborating with senior executive teams.
· Deep understanding of enterprise architecture and governance frameworks.
· Ability to inspire and mentor a team of Business Relationship Managers and Project Managers.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with Edge technologies including AI, Analytics, Cloud-based technology platforms, etc. and digital transformation programs management.
