As a Head and Neck Surgeon, you will play a vital role in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of conditions affecting the head and neck region. Your expertise in surgical interventions and patient care will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for our patients.

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, performing surgeries, prescribing appropriate treatments and medications, and providing post-operative care. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.

Responsibilities:

·       Evaluate patients' conditions and diagnose head and neck diseases and disorders

·       Perform various surgical procedures, including tumor excision, thyroidectomy, and neck dissection

·       Prescribe medications, therapies, and treatments to manage symptoms and promote healing

·       Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients

·       Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans

·       Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care

·       Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation

·       Stay updated on the latest research, advancements, and best practices in the field of head and neck surgery

·       Adhere to professional and ethical standards in patient care

Requirements

·       Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Head and Neck Surgeon

·       Residency training in Head and Neck Surgery

·       8+ years of experience

·       Specialization or fellowship training in Head and Neck Surgery

·       Proven experience in performing various head and neck surgeries

·       Sound knowledge of head and neck surgery techniques, procedures, and medical equipment

·       Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues

·       Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

·       Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
