Senior Program Manager

Skill:

·       Ideate solutions to solve key customer problems by developing innovative solutions and test through "proof of concept" approach

·       Develop full scale solutions for solutions that prove successful well in the testing phase

·       Establishing strong partner relationships with internal business stakeholders; building a strong understanding of strategic business direction, requirements and priorities across assigned suppliers and/or spend categories.

·       Developing growth strategies to deliver against ambitious objectives for the category

·       Build collaborative partnerships with external stakeholders and drive the right business inputs while delivering above par vendor experience

·       Drive automation and feature development for the program working closely with Tech/ product teams

·       Work with business and finance leaders to identify and drive savings and frugal growth

·       Prepare and hold business reviews with stakeholders to review vendor performance, future opportunities, and/or challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       7+ years of program or project management experience

·       Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

·       Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
