Security Manager - Oil & Gas

Job Functions:

Skill:

·       The organization and management of all related security tasks.

·       The coordination of Local Security Companies.

·       The implementation and management of security and logistics procedures in compliance with the Model 231 and the Risk Assessment Documentation (DVR).

·       The Induction and training to Company Staff.

·       To provide Company with cost effective solutions and control measures in line with industry best practice and recognised industry standards.

·       To prepare technical proposals and negotiate contracts with third parties, focusing on project HS&S objectives, scopes of works and plans.

·       Co-ordinate across multiple departments to create and present hands-on solutions for risk-averse security programme services to improve overall efficiency of security control framework.

·       Strategically plan, develop, and implement the necessary effective HS & S risk management and emergency response plans to meet the Company’s dynamic project achievement targets.

·       Manage all security costing and spearheaded security contracts.

·       Controls and drive resolution of critical issues on all projects.

·       Main interaction with: Managing Director, COO, Project Director, Site Project Manager, Site Construction Manager.

Requirements:

·       At least 15 years of experience

·       Bachelor’s degree

·       Fluent in English

·       Good Team Managing Skills
