·       Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Analyze financial performance and market trends to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions and operational efficiency.

·       Capital Management: Optimize the company’s capital structure and manage equity and debt financing. Ensure efficient allocation of resources to support product development, market expansion, and operational scalability.

·       Operational Efficiency: Implement and manage financial controls, processes, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Drive improvements in financial reporting and performance management.

·       Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market fluctuations, operational risks, and regulatory changes. Develop strategies to protect the company’s financial stability and integrity.

·       Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance department.

Job Requirements:

·       Experienced Leader: Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive within a tech startup or high-growth company. Demonstrated success in fundraising and managing investor relations.

·       Fundraising Expertise: Strong track record in leading fundraising initiatives, including preparing pitch materials, engaging with investors, and securing capital. Deep understanding of venture capital and other financing methods.

·       Strategic Thinker: Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial strategies that support business growth and innovation.

·       Tech-Savvy: In-depth knowledge of the tech startup ecosystem and its financial dynamics. Passionate about technology and its potential to transform industries.
