Technical Director - Architecture

Job Functions:

Skill:

·       Act as the on-site lead, supervising architectural components, ensuring construction aligns with design specifications, and coordinating real-time adjustments as needed.

·       Provide leadership in reviewing architectural designs, drawings, and construction documents to ensure they meet technical and aesthetic standards.

·       Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients, maintaining clear and continuous communication on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.

·       Ensure the quality of architectural work, conducting site inspections to verify compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory codes.

·       Assist with budget reviews and track project milestones to maintain cost-effective project delivery within established timelines.

Job Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree

·       Minimum of 20+ years’ experience in architecture, with at least 8+ in a supervisory role on either supervision or PMC contracts.

·       Proficiency in design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM), and familiarity with sustainable architecture practices.

·       Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and modern construction techniques,

·       Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with an ability to collaborate across diverse project teams.

·       Proven problem-solving skills, with experience in troubleshooting on-site construction and design issues.
