Project Senior Director

·       Project Leadership: Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of complex, large-scale housing projects, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and time requirements.

·       Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project strategies that align with NHC’s long-term goals, ensuring that the company remains a leader in housing development.

·       Portfolio Management: Oversee multiple housing development projects, ensuring they are integrated, efficient, and deliver expected outcomes.

·       Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies, contractors, consultants, and senior management, to ensure project success.

·       Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruption and ensure successful delivery.

·       Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of project directors, managers, and engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, efficiency, and excellence.

·       Financial Oversight: Oversee project budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost control, value engineering, and efficient resource allocation across all projects.

·       Compliance and Standards: Ensure all projects adhere to local, national, and international regulations, including environmental, safety, and quality standards.

·       Performance Monitoring: Track project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly reporting to senior management on timelines, risks, and overall project health.

·       Innovation and Best Practices: Promote the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, innovative practices, and sustainability measures in project execution.

Job Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree

·       Experience in large-scale real estate or construction project management, with experience in a senior leadership role.

·       Proven experience managing high-value, multi-phase development projects, preferably in housing or urban development.

·       Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).

·       Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements, permits, and housing development guidelines.
