Director Development

Job Functions:

Skill:

·       Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as marketing and communications, to ensure alignment of fundraising programs with the organization's overall objectives.

·       Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, addressing any concerns or issues they may have related and development activities.

·       Manage the development budget and resources, ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources.

·       Monitor and report on development program status, providing regular updates to the Chief Development Officer and other stakeholders.

·       Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical requirements related to fundraising and development activities.

·       Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, providing leadership and guidance on fundraising and development best practices.

·       Implement and improve development processes and methodologies.

Job Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree

·       10+ years of experience in fundraising and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

·       Strong leadership and communication skills.
