Investor Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to secure funding and support for project development.
Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial, legal, and technical assessments, to mitigate risks and ensure investment viability.
Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations and structuring of investment deals, including equity investments, debt financing, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on investment performance and portfolio management.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the investment development team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in investment management, financial analysis, or corporate finance, with a focus on infrastructure or real estate investments.
Strong understanding of investment principles, financial markets, and project finance structures.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing, structuring, and closing investment deals, preferably in the infrastructure or real estate sector.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex investment opportunities and risks.
Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying and pursuing profitable investment opportunities.
Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques; familiarity with investment analysis software is a plus.
Fluency in English and proficiency in Arabic - reading and writing.
