HR Operations Manager

The successful individual will be responsible for the management of all HR Operations, Payroll and Administrative processes. Working with the HR Business Partner, the HR Operations Manager will be accountable for leading the HR Operations transformation to ensure all processes add value and enhance the Human Resources function. The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with a wide range stakeholders across BSMEA and the Company Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (BSEMIA) region is an integral element of the role. The successful candidate will also develop and implement digital initiatives in conjunction with regional stakeholders and be responsible for the management and forecasting of the administrative budget and monthly Human Resources management reporting.

Functional Expertise Will Include the Following Areas

Qualified candidates will demonstrate an excellent understanding of Human Resources practices, preferably within the MEA region, payroll systems and process improvement methods to deliver the transformation.

·        Employee Relations from an HR Operations perspective

·        Payroll Management (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, Ivory Coast)

·        Management Reporting & Analysis

·        HR Systems (Success Factors experience is advantageous)

·        Budgeting & Forecasting

·        Workforce Planning

·        HR Polices

·        Digital program management

·        HR New employee Onboarding

Requirements

·        Bachelors Degree

·        Minimum 8 years Human Resources experience, preferably in the Middle East or N. Africa region.

·        Significant experience in managing Payroll systems.

·        Proactively develops and implements system improvements.

·        Excellent data analysis skills, including budget forecasting and reporting.

·        Program Management experience.

·        Exceptional communication skills and proven cross-cultural stakeholder management experience.

·        Commercially orientated with a high sense of urgency.

·        Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel.

·        Fluency in English
